About this event
We’d like to invite our RV’ing family and friends to a gathering/rally in Galax VA the week of June 15 - 21, 2025.
This year Galax will be celebrating the 2ND annual “Hillbilly Dayz” on the 20th & 21st. This is a free public event to held in downtown Galax. The plans include vendors, food trucks, bluegrass & old-time music, kids zone, games, hillbilly beauty contest, car show, beer garden and a parade.
We've reserved RV sites at the famous “Old Cranks” RV Park in Galax. This is a small park with 15 full hookup sites. We'll plan some activities for that week prior to “Hillbilly Dayz” so come early or come when you can. If interested, please let us know asap and we'll reserve your site.
As in past years, we'll make all reservations with the campground owners, collect all funds and pay with a single Merry Marylander check. Safe Travels, Ed & Phyllis Barker
