You are receiving this message because you indicated an interest in attending the 2026 "Member Appreciation Rally" held in Sevierville, TN from May 17-22nd. There will be several emails sent to this group over time as the rally planning develops. If you wish to be removed from this distribution list (to stop getting these emails), just let us know.
Emails relating to the rally are available on the website if you wish to review them at a later time or you know of someone that might be interested and wants information. They can be seen by clicking the last menu item titled "Emailing".
Please read this entire message prior to calling to make your reservation.
Registration: If you have questions about accommodations, ask Teresa or Samantha. This is all the info I have.
- You may now register at the resort by calling 865-505-3111 and asking to speak to Teresa or Samantha. They are the only two that can register you for the rally. If they are not available, leave a message and they will return your call. Calls will be returned in the order they are received.
- Tiny Homes
- Tiny Homes 1-5 are all one level and only sleep 2. They have 1 bedroom with queen sized bed & 1 bath.
- Tiny home 6 will sleep 6 people. 1 queen private bedroom downstairs and 4 twin beds in the loft. TH 6 also has a hot tub on the deck.
- No pets are allowed in tiny houses.
- There are very few tiny houses available, if you want one, call soon. If no tiny homes are available when you call, you may want to consider one of the Glamping Tents.

- They all have two private bedrooms. 1 bed in each tent is a queen and the other is full. Ask for the configuration when booking.
- Great to share with a good friends
- Pets are allowed only in 3 of these. There is a $20 per day, per pet, charge with a limit of 2 pets. Ask for details when booking.
- Other Accommodation Options
How their registration works: I called and registered. After you register on the phone you will receive an email confirmation. Check your email immediately. That confirmation tells you that your registration is not confirmed until you read all the registration policies and agree by doing an e-signature. The e-signature just involves clicking on a link, choosing that you will type your signature and then submit it. Easy peasy.
Note: Before you call, review the paragraph below (from their contract) about their Carefree Vacation Protection Program. If you don't want it, tell them when you register. Otherwise it will automatically be added to your bill. If you want it, great . . . do nothing.
"We offer an OPTIONAL $25.00 Carefree Vacation Protection Program that allows you to cancel up until your day of arrival. Carefree Guarantee is NON-REFUNDABLE & must be purchased at time of booking. Carefree Guarantee does not provide refunds or credits for early departure. In the event, you need to cancel inside the 7 day cancellation period and you have purchased the Carefree Guarantee policy at time of booking, you will be given a credit voucher for the amount of money paid LESS the $25.00 Carefree Guarantee Policy. We will not issue a refund inside the 7 day cancellation period, but The Carefree Guarantee Vacation Protection Policy allows you to reschedule your dates with a Credit Voucher/Gift Certificate that will be valid for 5 Years. In the event you choose new dates, you will have the option to purchase the Carefree Guarantee for your new dates."

What's next? After you have registered with the resort, be sure to register on our website. It's very important for us to have correct numbers so we can plan for catered meals and other activities. Just click on Member Appreciation Rally under "Upcoming Events" then "Notify Host".
